US Shipping
Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Signature Required
Orders that total $500 or more require an adult signature when delivered. If this is an issue, please contact us info@theweavingcircle.com. Orders over $500 will not be shipped via USPS (including APO / FPO) because the Post Office does not offer a "signature required" service.
Where is My Package?
The most up to date delivery information on your package is available to you at anytime using the tracking number you received. Our Customer Service Team does not have any additional information beyond what is found on these tracking websites.
Missing or Late Delivery issues need to be reported within 5 days of delivery notification.
The Weaving Circle is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate delivery address information provided when an order is placed.
Free Shipping
The Weaving Circle keeps it's prices low to make our items affordable. We offer free shipping for merchandise totals of $250.00 or more before sales tax and after any discounts and/or coupons are applied within the Contiguous USA (lower 48 states) and APO / FPO addresses.
Gift Card purchases do not qualify for the Free Shipping Discount.
The type of service and the carrier will be selected by The Weaving Circle, unless the customer notifies us first. Typical delivery times are 4-14 business days.
Packages weighing less than 1.0 pound will typically ship via USPS.
Packages weighing over 1.0 pound or will most often ship via FEDEX or UPS. A physical street address is required for FEDEX and UPS.
Please note that items with a shipping length 48" or greater are subject to a surcharge imposed by the major carriers, regardless of the shipping method selected.
If a partial cancellation of an order is made which drops the total of the order below $250.00, we will calculate the original cost for shipping your remaining items which will be added to your order total.
Expedited Shipping
Most of our orders are processed and shipped out in one - three business days. Items that are shipped from the manufacturer, made to order, or that are out of stock can take longer. If you need your order quicker than normal you can choose an expedited shipping option at check out to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Expedited Shipping Orders received after 2pm Eastern Time will be processed the following day.
Our other shipping options do not have a guaranteed delivery date. This particularly applies to Priority Mail options. USPS does not offer a shipping guarantee on Priority Mail. Most places in the continental U.S. are 3 to 7 business days with Priority Mail, however it can take longer. If you are concerned about meeting a deadline with your order please call the shop and we will be happy to help.
FedEx Ground Economy
FedEx Ground Economy is a cost-efficient shipping option for residential delivery. Typical delivery times are 4-14 business days once the order is shipped. Package tracking is available at fedex.com.
